Proposed Constitution Revisions
Dear NYSACSE Member
These are the proposed changes to the Constitution and By-laws of the Association. Members will officially vote on these changes on June 29, 2016 during the NYSAFCSE general membership business meeting at the joint CTE conference (Growing CTE Together - June 28th and 29th, 2106)
Please take some time to review the following proposed revisions and send me your feedback. To help you understand the proposed changes and navigate the document, grammatical errors have been highlighted in YELLOW with the correction following in blue font.
Other changes are offered in RED text. These changes include but are not limited to -
- having “mail” read: mail, and/or messenger service and/or electronic communication (or electronically communicated) as is grammatically fit
- updated descriptions of all seven categories of membership
- updated terminology, preferential word choice, clarification and addition of specific details
The membership will be asked to vote and accept the grammatical changes and the proposed constitutional changes (those in red).
